All About Kathleen Nelson
BACKGROUND: Kathleen Nelson is a retired executive assistant who has always had an interest in cameras and photography. She took her first formal photography course through the Cleveland Photographic Society in 2001. Since that time she has taken many courses and workshops throughout the United States (led by Bryan Peterson, Tony Sweet, Alain Briot, Nancy Rotenbert, Chris Hurtt, Brenda Tharp, Ian Adams, Jim Roetzel, and Jack Graham (to name a few). Her favorite subjects are her eleven grandchildren, but she also enjoys photographing the beauty of nature, flowers, and landscapes (especially in her home state of Ohio and in Oregon, where one of her three daughters and two grandchildren reside).
