These elk (wapiti) reside in the beautiful town of Estes Park, Colorado, which is just outside the Rocky Mountain National Park.

Kathleen Nelson > Time to warn the other bull and impress the cows with his bugle. In reality, both bulls were bugling at each other throughout the entire morning.

Kathleen Nelson > If you know what's good for you, you'll leave. This is my herd, and this cute little cow is mine.
