Dusty is our sweet rescued greyhound. He is 11 years old, and we have had him for a long time. He is a wonderful pet, even though he is somewhat of a couch potato . . . but hey, he is retired!!

Kathleen Nelson > Tara is actually my daughter's dog. She rescued her as a puppy from the middle of traffic on Detroit Road. She is about 4 years old and is staying with us until my daughter gets her fence repaired, as Tara is an escape artist.

Kathleen Nelson > Francis is an old cat that can no longer hear, but his eyesight is quite good. He spends much of his day (when he's not curled up in his bed sleeping) in front of the dog's food and water bowl. He seems to be a real threat to the dog, who is very large, and the dog will wait until the cat leaves to get his food and water. Sometimes when he sees the dog coming, he will start eating the dog's food just to remind the dog who the boss is.
